The Main Event Workout is designed to shed fat and tone up and get you in the best shape of your life, the ultimate body transformation program for all fitness levels.

The Main Event is a fitness center for people who want a fun and exciting workout that’s different from traditional gyms, and guarantees results . The Main Event is a cardio kickboxing fitness program that incorporates cardiovascular, H.I.T.T. , core, heart rate, and circuit training regimens.

The Main Event exceptions:

  • There are no classes or appointments, show up and workout at your convenience.

  • A certified cardio kickboxing instructor will be there to greet you.

  • Our heart rate training will help you to maximize burning fat.

  • Our coaches show you the proper form and technique on each exercise according to your fitness level.

  • Every two minutes, you move to the next exercise station.

  • After station twelve, your 30-minute full-body workout is over.

  • The Main Event provides nutritional guidance using a certified nutritionist & a 3D body scanner that tracks your results.

  • Enjoy a new workout everyday. (incorporating muscle confusion)

You may purchase gloves from us or bring your own our certified instructors will guide you with wrapping your hands and putting the gloves on properly.
